The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $55,909, which feels about average for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
