Alright, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 7,354 people. Rent is about $2,574/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
