Couple moving to Cos Cob from out of state

Alright, I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Cos Cob sits at 28.7 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Is Cos Cob getting better or worse?

Alright, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 7,354 people. Rent is about $2,574/month for a decent place. The good and bad of living in Cos Cob

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $2,574/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts.
