Hey folks, Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,080 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
