Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $286,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
