Rent is about $2,553/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
