Hello, I relocated for work and It's a a small town city with about 18,693 people. Median household income is $118,881, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
