Cheapest neighborhoods in Crestwood Village?

Hey, I've been here for 18 years and Household incomes average around $38,396 in Crestwood Village. Median household income is $38,396, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $1,236/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $95,700 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 5 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
