Hey, Been living here since 2015. It's a a small town city with about 2,648 people. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Asian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The healthcare is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Tampa about 12 years ago. The main reasons were family and a job opportunity.
Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good internet infrastructure
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate
Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Riverside area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Greenfield. It's solid for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in tech. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Mexican.
Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
