The good and bad of living in Crystal River

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 3,443 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? ...
