The good and bad of living in Crystal River

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 3,443 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
