Cheapest neighborhoods in Cumberland?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in finance and You can expect to pay around $728 for rent here. The median home value here is around $120,800, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 18,938, Cumberland is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Midtown side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
