Studio apartments in Dalhart -options?

I'm retired and Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,079/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $155,300 on average. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Easy commute
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- High property taxes
- Boring for young people
- Mosquitoes and humidity
