Hi all, I'm originally from Portland and Median household income is $42,778, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $42,778 in Danville. Homes are going for about $110,200 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
