Co-working spaces in Deer Park?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Homes are going for about $189,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 9 years ago. The main reasons were work and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are growing, gas is improving.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Happy to answer more specific questions..
