Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $876 for rent here. The median home value here is around $189,400, which is actually reasonable. Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Homes are going for about $189,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
