Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2010. Median household income is $46,564, which feels on the lower side for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots?

Used to live on the Riverside side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
