DeKalb housing prices -when will it stop?

Hi all, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $202,900 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Eastside area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

I work in consulting here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is underrated. Hope this helps!.
