Hey, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $279,400 on average. With a population of 43,168, Delaware is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
