Curious what people think. Just moved here 6 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,203 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
