Co-working spaces in Delaware?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Pine Hills. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in legal. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.
