How much do you pay for rent in Delaware?
Alright, Just moved here 12 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $92,928, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,203/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,168 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
