Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Delaware sits at 147.7 per 100K. Household incomes average around $92,928 in Delaware. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
