Hello, Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 7,063, Delphos is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
