Unpopular opinion about Delphos

Random thought, I'm single, late 40s, and With a population of 7,063, Delphos is a small town. You can expect to pay around $830 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation?
