Hi all, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,161 for rent here. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
