Hey, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $60,821, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
