Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 1 months ago and The median home value here is around $167,800, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $60,821 in Denison. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
