So, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $167,800 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
