Curious what people think. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $167,800 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
