Studio apartments in Dulles Town Center -options?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 5,541 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
