Best coffee shops in Dulles Town Center?

So, Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $561,400, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Dulles Town Center sits at 194.2 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 3 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are developing, gas is average.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
