Job market in Dunkirk for tech?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 30s, and With a population of 12,597, Dunkirk is a small town. Poverty rate is 17.9%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective.

I'm a data analyst and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
