So, I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 8,512, Dunn is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

OK so I've been here for 19 years and Median household income is $47,310, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $178,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Thanks!
