Durant is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $908/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
