I've been here for 11 years and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate.

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $908/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
