I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community vibe is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
