Household incomes average around $153,380 in East Northport. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
