Longtime lurker here, It's a a small town city with about 19,672 people. Homes are going for about $601,300 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles....

First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -East Northport sits at 22.0 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
