Studio apartments in East Rochester -options?

Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $137,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,120 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective.

Hey, I'm a 30-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $1,120 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
