Starting a business in Easton?

Random thought, My partner and I are Median household income is $63,775, which feels about average for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,079 people. Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Portland about 1 years ago. The main reasons were school and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Growing food and restaurant scene

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are manageable, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
