Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $169,200 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do?

Random thought, With a population of 29,079, Easton is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
