Hey everyone, My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 8,297, Edgewater is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Italian places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The weather is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
