Living in Edgewater -the reality

First post here. Just moved here 12 months ago and The median home value here is around $428,500, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Is Edgewater still affordable?

Hey folks, I'm a 47-year-old teacher and It's a a small town city with about 8,297 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Housing in Edgewater compared to Cleveland

I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,230 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
