Anyone work in healthcare in Edgewood?

First post here. Household incomes average around $86,355 in Edgewood. The median home value here is around $234,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 15 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
