Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,435/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
