Is El Dorado Hills walkable?

I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -El Dorado Hills sits at 107.7 per 100K. Household incomes average around $163,544 in El Dorado Hills. You can expect to pay around $2,468 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'm a nurse and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
