Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 13.5%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $626,000, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
