Best industries in Elizabeth right now

Hello, I'm originally from Phoenix and The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 136K people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Springfield area are excellent. Kids love it here.
