Elizabeth is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Elizabeth when talking about great places to live. With a population of 135,887, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. The downtown area has been revitalized. Weather is moderate — about 56F average.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.
